Sales: This module handles sales and credit through individual / credit account. Readily displays the item stock on hand. The other features include drug prescription alert/automatic tax calculation/sales return handling etc.,
Stock Maintenance: This modules manages the stock details like the entry through automated P.O and invoice wise. It also has the option of stock entry through opening stock from DAY ONE. Damage item tracking and automatic updation of stock and accounts/ purchase returns handling/ handles sales returns through automated bill check/ bill search facility.
Purchase Order: Purchase order can be raised to a supplier with defined T&C in this module. Automatic listing of items which are exipry prone, reorder level and out of stock items can be tracked with a powerful search facility.
Accounts: The features of this module in brief are cash book handling/ ledger and P&L account/ maintain bank account and reconciliation/cash& cheque payments to suppliers and others/credit sale accounts/credit limit fixation for various types of customers/ maintain sundry creditors, debtors and journal accounts/ consolidated bank & cash statement for cash status. It has a single window accounts view facilitating easy navigation.
Reports Routine, MIS Management: Comprehensive reporting system for sales, stock and MIS reports.
Database Administration: This module consists of password security system, has flexible access rights, user friendly definable access groups, backup and restore facility and automatic compacting of the database.
